**Job Description:** Nurse Lead - Digital Healthcare
Digital Medicines Implementation Project LeadBirmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated nurse to lead the digital medicines implementation project. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of ePMA solutions, working closely with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption. A strong understanding of clinical information systems and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and roll-out of the ePMA project.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical end-users.
- Maintain the ePMA system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical issues.
**Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field.
**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
