Smartsheet seeks a seasoned sales professional to fill a key role in our Commercial Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Italian market.



This role requires a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment and account development. You will be a key contributor to our team's success in the hyper-growth Mid Market Italy segment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Italian market
  • Manage a book of business, including existing clients and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales best practices and product offerings
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences


Requirements


  • 5+ years of full cycle quota carrying sales experience in the Italian region
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and account development
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities and identify cross-sell and up-sell potential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Italian language proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
