Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring that each person's needs and goals are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all service users.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Sonderwell's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Full UK/EU driving license for insurance purposes.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of care and support principles and practices.
