We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team as a Palliative Care Specialist Assistant. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and dignified care.
The successful candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, recent experience in palliative care, and a strong passion for delivering person-centred care. The estimated salary for this position is £29,500 - £33,500 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
Patient Care Focus- Deliver high-quality patient care through monitoring and maintaining skin integrity and personal hygiene
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to support patient well-being
- Ensure patients' comfort needs are met through effective rest/sleep, mobility, and pain management strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean care environment to promote patient recovery
