Senior Healthcare Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, supporting patients with frailty in our communities across Plymouth, the South Hams, and West Devon. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.
About the Role:- You will work closely with consultants, pharmacists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care on the virtual ward.
- As a Band 3 HCSW, you will support the delivery of healthcare-related tasks under the direction of the wider MDT.
- Support the delivery of healthcare services to patients with frailty, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff or students, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care.
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Care certificate.
- Experience working in a Physical Health setting, preferably in an inpatient or community environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,331 - £32,761 per annum, depending on experience.
