About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team at Dale Power Solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our marketing strategy, ensuring the best possible results by maximising sales opportunities and strengthening our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production of visual content and marketing activity across the organisation
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and internal communications in line with business requirements
  • Analyse data and report on marketing activities in an engaging format for internal stakeholders
  • Optimise content across the website to ensure it is updated regularly and aligned with our SEO strategy
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject (Marketing, Digital and Design) or equivalent
  • Experience with the Standby Power Industry or similar industries such as switchgear would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of using marketing activity to support and develop brand and direct response campaigns
  • Experience of web-based social platforms, and using a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Knowledge on how to create new databases, and maintain existing databases
  • Ability to demonstrate planning, and the ability to meet deadlines under time pressure
  • Experience of designing digital, and printed collateral
  • Experience of developing content for social media and managing social communities
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SEO techniques and how they can be used to drive traffic, conversion and engagement
