Job Title: Finance Operations Billing Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Billing Supervisor to join our team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Finance Operations Billing Team, ensuring the effective delivery of bill preparation, production, and support to the Revenue teams across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the Finance Operations Billing Team through ongoing training, support, and knowledge sharing.
- Support the onboarding and embedding of new team members and phases.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with the London Revenue Team Managers to ensure the escalation of issues and related finance matters.
- Manage team performance and behaviors, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the Team Manager in taking on extra responsibilities when required.
- Ensure work is delivered to the highest standard, measuring quality and minimizing the reissue of drafts/bills.
- Support the revenue team in driving down lock-up for the business.
Requirements:
- A team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience in a finance or business services environment.
- Self-motivated and dedicated with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Strong Microsoft Office application experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage change and support teams through future changes.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures that support people, performance, and behaviors.
