About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Plume Wine Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and creating innovative and delicious dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a tight kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes that showcase our wine list and seasonal ingredients
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Collaborate with our wine team to create wine-pairing menus and events
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or wine bar
  • Proven track record of menu development and kitchen management
  • Strong knowledge of wine and wine pairings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
