We require an experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Community Team on a part-time basis. As a professional, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults to improve their wellbeing and quality of life through implementing care plans and packages, completing safeguarding assessments and MCA's.

The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification and at least two years of post-qualified experience, with a strong background in adult safeguarding proceedings. A degree in Social Work and relevant experience in Adult's Social Work settings are essential.

This role offers a stable contract due to the demand of the service, with a hybrid working scheme providing flexibility. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle would be beneficial.
