Social Work Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Low Secure Private Mental Health Service. This role requires a minimum of three years post-qualified experience and a Social Work qualification.
The service caters to patients with mental health concerns, brain injuries, learning disabilities, and personality disorders. Our dedicated team works closely with each patient to ensure their care and development reach the highest standards.
A key responsibility of this role is completing ongoing social care assessments and reports from pre-admission to discharge stage. A valid UK driving licence is preferred due to the location of the role.
We require a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with at least three years' experience for this position. Experience in a mental health setting is also essential for success in this role.
