We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team leader with various duties, including registering candidates, creating candidate profiles, calling candidates to schedule interviews, sending confirmation emails of work and interviews.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering candidates and creating their profiles on our database
  • Calling candidates to schedule interviews and sending confirmation emails
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry and filling ID & Right to Work documentation
  • Keeping client information up-to-date and building rapport with clients
  • Liaising with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level, with good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

About Us:

We are a specialist property recruitment company based in Oxford Circus, London. Our goal is to provide exceptional recruitment services to our clients, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

Salary: £24,000 per annum (basic salary), with commission share (£2-5k) and travelcard after probation

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm (with occasional remote working arrangements)
