We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Adoption Panels as Casual Members. As an Independent Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children with a plan for adoption.

Your responsibilities will include attending panel meetings, reviewing case papers, and contributing to discussions. You will also be required to make recommendations based on your professional knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend panel meetings and engage in discussions
  • Review case papers and prepare questions
  • Make recommendations based on professional knowledge and experience
  • Promote diversity and anti-discriminatory practice

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our panels are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of all case papers and discussions.
