Job Title

As a Regional Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the South, identifying and engaging key decision-makers to meet quarterly targets. Your role involves communicating the benefits of our service using a structured approach tailored to the needs of letting agents.

About the Role

This is a remote and field-based opportunity that requires effective time management and a valid UK driving license. You will build strong relationships with partners in the assigned region and maintain accurate records of sales leads and client information using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments to provide expert guidance.
What We Offer

This permanent, full-time role offers a company car and expenses coverage. You can expect to earn up to £42,000 per annum in salary, plus up to £7,000 per annum in commission based on targets, working 3 days per week from home. Experience in the majority of these duties is required, along with excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
