Commercial Growth Lead

As a Sales Manager at Signature Career Management, you will lead our commercial efforts in the South of the UK. Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include account management and new business development across southern food service wholesale and end-user customers. You will be responsible for managing a Business Development Manager who reports directly to you. The role also involves strategic planning and execution to drive volume growth and develop relationships.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have located in Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire or Wiltshire, with easy access to Southampton. They should have experience and knowledge within the food service channel, with a focus on wholesale. Ambition, energy, and drive to succeed in developing new business are essential. Experience as a chef or working in the food industry is desirable.
Compensation
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
