Adoption Panel Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Independent Adoption Panel Member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children in care.
As an Independent Adoption Panel Member, you will be responsible for reviewing adoption cases and providing recommendations to the Agency Decision Maker. Your expertise and knowledge will play a vital role in ensuring that children are matched with suitable adoptive families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing adoption cases and preparing written reports
- Attending panel meetings and contributing to discussions
- Providing recommendations to the Agency Decision Maker
Requirements:
- Experience in social work or a related field
- Knowledge of child welfare and adoption procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
