Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Learning Facilitator to join our team at eQS Disability Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to students in higher education settings.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities and/or mental health conditions, as well as the ability to assess a student's needs and develop an appropriate Individual Support Plan. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to work independently and prioritize your workload effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also provide opportunities for professional development and training to help you grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support services to students in higher education settings
  • Work with students to identify strategies to address barriers to learning
  • Develop and implement Individual Support Plans
  • Prioritize and manage your workload effectively
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders
