**Organizational Development Specialist**

  • Foster a culture of learning within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging organizational development needs and develop solutions.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, with a focus on mid to senior-level leadership development.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
