Role Overview

This is a highly technical sales management opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in magnetics and power products. As a Technical Sales Manager for Macstaff, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the UK for our magnetics and power division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in magnetics and power

• Strong understanding of customer base, markets, and applications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
