Spicerhaart is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Financial Services Division in Central London. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in driving income and profitable growth within the division.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience, with an uncapped commission scheme offering an OTE of £80,000. In addition, you will receive a company car or monthly car allowance, as well as quarterly and annual bonus schemes.

Job Description

As Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to and support the Financial Services Director in delivering the financial services strategy. This will involve recruiting, leading, and developing a highly effective Financial Services team, while embedding the core behaviours, values, and principles of the network and company.

You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering the Financial Services Division income and profit budget, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting operating and financial results. Furthermore, you will maintain an in-depth knowledge of Financial Services regulation and core products, including those that Spicerhaart is licensed to sell.

In this role, you will be required to monitor and evaluate Divisional key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, and identify trends and implement initiatives to improve these metrics. You will also be responsible for delivering the achievement of cross-sales and referral activity, promoting all initiatives designed to improve results.

Furthermore, you will ensure that all appropriate systems and controls are implemented and followed to effectively manage key risks and maintain the necessary standards. You will also communicate regularly with the Head of Sales Quality to ensure that all necessary messages and standards are up to date and cascaded correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial service industry, with a demonstrable record of motivating and leading a high-performing team. You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to coach and develop advisers and managers to reach their true potential.

A clear vision, drive to move the business forward, and flexibility are essential for this position. Additionally, you must be self-motivated, confident, and able to work accurately and be well-organized. Relevant professional qualifications, such as full CeMAP or CII equivalent, are crucial, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising.
