Care Managers at Crooton Ltd are responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing services that meet all residents' needs. Responsibilities:
- Implement person-centred care plans.
- Plan rotas, recruit, train and mentor staff.
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services.
Requirements: To join as a Care Manager, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
