Sales Director

Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for scaling our sales teams, building a high-performing sales culture, and driving growth through multiple channels.
With a focus on data-driven decision making, you'll use your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance sales conversion and efficiency.
Working closely with our marketing and operations teams, you'll ensure seamless integration of sales, marketing, and product strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Scale Sales Teams: Build a team of high-performers who reach and exceed targets aligned with our growth plans.
- Oversee Sales Performance: Set KPIs, SLAs, and objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to drive sales excellence.
- Drive Sales Efficiency: Use data to identify solutions that improve sales conversion and implement changes across multi-functional teams.
- Optimize Lead Sourcing: Work closely with marketing to optimize how we source and partner to deliver high-quality leads.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and deliver strong customer experiences.
- Process Improvement: Lead multi-disciplinary projects to drive efficiency and improved conversion in our sales processes.
- Support COO: Assist the COO on other projects, including growth and channel expansion, proposition expansion, sales resource forecasting, and pricing and efficiency improvements.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams with 5+ years leading sales teams in tech-enabled businesses, with experience in marketplaces a plus.
- Strong familiarity with Hubspot.
- Obsessed with data, able to dive deeply and extract insights that improve operations.
- Demonstrated experience building high-performing sales cultures and driving sales excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, commercial, and analytical skills to understand complex business needs and implement simple solutions at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills, including challenging conversations, coaching leaders, and communicating initiatives across teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy attitude, and bias towards getting stuff done.
- Interest or passion in renovations and sustainability.
