Job Overview:
As an Occupational Health Administrator at our client's site in Wigton, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Occupational Health (OH) Department. This is a 3-month temporary contract opportunity that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. You will work closely with the team to ensure efficient and confidential delivery of OH services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration of employee information in accordance with OH regulations.
  • Providing a single point of contact for OH-related inquiries.
  • Coordinating OH appointments and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential OH records.
  • Preparation of OH data and reports as required.
  • Efficient management of OH resources and supplies.
  • Updating internal records and databases.
  • Creation of OH communications materials.
  • Supporting OH departmental improvements.
  • Uploading documents to the internal system.

Requirements:
  • Diplomacy and approachability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Remuneration: Hourly rate: £11.79
