Support a Brighter Future for Young People

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to young people aged 6-18.

As a Residential Support Worker, your primary focus will be on promoting the well-being and resilience of our young residents. This includes supporting daily routines, such as getting them up, personal hygiene, meals, and activities. You will also be responsible for developing life skills, independence, and socialisation, while ensuring their safety and security at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work well as part of a small team. A warm and approachable manner is essential, as you will be a role model and mentor to the young people in your care. Previous experience working with young people, particularly those with Emotional Behavioural Disorder or Social/Residential Work, would be highly advantageous.

In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary package, including a sleep-in allowance of £62.64 per night. You will also receive comprehensive training, ongoing professional development, and access to wellbeing programs. Our company values diversity and inclusion, and we welcome applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates who share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
