We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team at Inglewood Residential Home in Cumbria as Support Workers. This role involves providing support and care to older adults, helping them live their life how they choose and enjoy their later years.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to get to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. They may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintain independence.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference to people's lives, working shifts which usually cover between 7am until 10pm (days) or 9.30pm - 7.30am (nights), over 7 days, 365 day a year. We also offer flexible working opportunities and a competitive rate of pay, £13.05 per hour, plus a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post.

Inglewood Residential Home is a multi-award-winning home in Cumbria which has been awarded 'Outstanding' by CQC. We provide a safe, caring, and home-from-home environment for up to 39 residents with complex health care needs.
