Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Community Nurse to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and have the ability to prioritise referrals and manage their workload effectively.

The salary for this position is £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 27 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to training and development opportunities.
