Experienced SEN Teaching Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to support students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs in a small school setting in Leeds. As a dedicated teaching assistant, you will work closely with pupils aged 5-19 on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children who require additional support, experience of Team Teach, and a strong understanding of how to cater to the educational and emotional needs of students with SEMH.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEMH in a group setting
- Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized education plans for students
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- A genuine interest in supporting students with additional needs
- Team Teach certification or equivalent training
- Experience working with students with challenging behavior
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A competitive daily rate (£85 - £95 per day) paid through PAYE
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
