Job Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Estate Agency Valuer, where you will be responsible for conducting thorough valuations of properties, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estate Agency Valuations: Conduct thorough valuations of properties to ensure accurate pricing and maximize sales potential.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in estate agency or a related field.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000+ per year, complete on-target earnings, with a basic salary of £20,000 - £27,500 per year, dependent on experience. You will also receive additional benefits, including three months of supplementary payments to support you while building your pipeline.
