Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced estate agency professional to join Spicerhaart Group Ltd., the UK's leading independent estate agency. This exciting opportunity offers flexible working arrangements and chances for career progression in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estate Agency Valuations: Conduct thorough valuations of properties to ensure accurate pricing and maximize sales potential.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in estate agency or a related field.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000+ per year, complete on-target earnings, with a basic salary of £20,000 - £27,500 per year, dependent on experience. In addition, you will receive three months of supplementary payments to support you while building your pipeline.
