Enterprise Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Marketing Specialist to join our team at Kiln, a leading enterprise-grade staking platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovative marketing strategies and develop key product campaigns that simplify complex crypto concepts for global audiences.
About the Role:- Develop effective enablement programs and messaging that drive demand for Kiln's products and services in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Plan and build go-to-market campaigns for new products and features with Product and Marketing teams.
- Identify product differentiators that help sales best position Kiln against competitors.
- 5+ years of B2B/institutional direct marketing experience in FinTech, Crypto, or Finance.
- Experience marketing products to large enterprises and navigating buying teams of large prospect organizations.
- Competitive salary: €70k+
