Black Fox Solutions is a leading provider of innovative solutions to businesses across various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Job Summary: As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for allocating stock to sales and works orders, monitoring orders to ensure timely delivery, controlling daily cycle counts, and assessing supplier performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Allocate stock to sales and works orders.
- Monitor orders to ensure that product is on track for delivery.
- Control of daily cycle counts.
- Assess and monitor supplier performance.
- Progress and monitor POs.
- Arrange logistics of shipments monitoring performance.
- Control customer returns.
- Maintain operating system information on an on-going basis.
Requirements:
We are looking for a proficient individual with strong administrative skills, preferably with purchasing experience. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer:
