About Our Purchasing Administrator Position
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at Flowtech. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience working with operating systems, such as Sage Line 200, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate stock to sales and works orders.
  • Monitor component orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with sales teams regarding availability against demand.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts.
  • Assess and monitor supplier acknowledgement performance.
  • Manage purchase orders and track their progress.
  • Maintain accurate operating system information.
  • Process customer returns.
  • Drive warehouse productivity through effective KPI management.
  • Coordinate logistics for shipments and evaluate freight service.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
