We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager. This is a newly created position, grant funded by the Archbishops' Council, which will last for two years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our diocesan offices, maintaining and strengthening positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders locally and nationally.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring policies and practices are up to date in relation to health and safety and data protection compliance, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment for all.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working towards our vision to 'Grow in prayer, make new disciples and Serve the People of Devon with joy'.
The role will be based at the Old Deanery, overlooking the cathedral in the heart of Exeter, where we can offer a varied and interesting workload alongside supportive colleagues in an environment which encourages teamwork, energy, and creativity.
