Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Operations Manager to join our team at the Diocese of Exeter.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our diocesan offices, maintaining and strengthening positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders, and ensuring policies and practices are up to date in relation to health and safety and data protection compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operations of the diocesan offices
- Maintain and strengthen positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders
- Ensure policies and practices are up to date in relation to health and safety and data protection compliance
- Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment
The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and administration skills, combined with practical problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a sense of humour. They will also have the ability to use their own initiative and work independently.
