Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Berry Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our site, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve site targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Manage site budgets and resources to achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
