About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an 'Outstanding' rated Primary School in Bartley Green. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with a child in Year 1, providing support and creating close relationships with the student.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to the child
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with the student to develop their skills and confidence

Requirements:

  • Level 2 / 3 Qualification in Supporting and Learning in Schools (preferred but not essential)
  • SEN experience or willingness to work with a child with SEN
  • Full enhanced DBS check
  • Good professional references
