About the Role

We are currently seeking a Road Network Management Specialist to join our team on a range of high-profile projects across London. As an experienced Highways Supervisor, you will work closely with local authorities and councils, delivering exceptional services while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial experience, including resource management, and hold relevant certifications such as CSCS (Gold card), SSSTS or SMSMTS, and NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation).

You will be responsible for conducting site inductions, staff briefings, and monitoring progress within the agreed programme. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements, as well as managing resource levels and making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Driving License
  • CSCS (Gold card)
  • SSSTS or SMSMTS
  • NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)
  • Main contractor experience
  • LA experience
  • Strong commercial experience
  • Experience of working on large-scale projects
