Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Road Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Coyle Personnel plc. As a Night-time Traffic Management Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic in Berkshire.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manual control and road closure duties
• Conducting stop and go operations
• Working 10-12 hour shifts, including nights, days, and weekends

**Requirements:**

• Hold NRSWA Unit 1 qualification
• Must live locally or be able to travel using own transport or public transport
• SAFETY CRITICAL MEDICAL qualification is desirable

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary for a similar role in the industry. Coyle Personnel plc offers a range of benefits, including paid training and career development opportunities.
