Job Description:
The Forward Arts Foundation is seeking an exceptional Office Co-ordinator to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in administrative tasks and excellent customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide administrative support for the Forward Arts Foundation's programmes, including the Forward Prizes for Poetry and associated projects.
  • To enhance the organisational effectiveness of the Forward Arts Foundation by taking proactive responsibility for the efficiency of the team office.

Requirements:
Affordable Salary: £24,000 per year
Benefits:
  • 25 days paid annual leave
  • 10 of which can be taken during the six-month probationary period

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience of carrying out a range of administrative tasks in an office, business or other professional setting.
  • Experience of customer service to the public by telephone, by email and face-to-face.
  • Familiarity with IT: WordPress, Excel, Powerpoint are essential.
