About the Role

This Senior People Technology Delivery Manager position requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of Workday technology within a global organization. The successful candidate will manage the People Technology Delivery Team, overseeing key processes such as change request management, ticket escalations, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading conversations with external vendors, identifying potential technology issues, and implementing measures to address them. Strong influencing skills, planning, and project management skills are essential for this role. Good communication skills, cultural awareness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are also required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the People Technology Delivery Team
  • Lead functional configuration changes and projects as needed
  • Provide expert advice on people technology delivery and project work
  • Identify and mitigate potential system issues
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR CoE's and HR Services teams
  • Represent the People Technology team on HR projects
  • Participate in the Workday Community, proposing improvements and sharing best practices
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday technology within a global organization
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Strong influencing, planning, and project management skills
  • Good communication and cultural awareness skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
