About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People Experience Specialist to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of the People Experience team, you will play a critical role in supporting our colleagues and line managers across various aspects of operational people management.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations and case management, with a deep understanding of UK employment laws and best practices. You will be able to provide guidance and support on matters relating to performance improvement, disciplinary procedures, absence management, and family leave.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and HR policies, as well as providing coaching and support to line managers in employee experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing and partnering with leaders to drive business outcomes.

This is a full-time temporary role based at Port Sunlight Village in the Wirral, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The estimated salary for this position is £41,500 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
