We are seeking a motivated and experienced Respiratory Care Manager to lead our Respiratory Physiology Department in Gateshead, North East England.

Job Description

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality respiratory care services to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of clinical physiologists, maintaining equipment, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinical physiologists to deliver comprehensive respiratory care services.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cared for.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in pulmonary physiology and sleep medicine.
