About the Role

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our growth and development strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, including financial projections and market analysis.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.

Requirements
