We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strategic Estimator at RSK Group. As a key member of our ecological contracting team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and tactical leadership to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of tender submissions, utilizing company templates and information to create draft submissions, and ensuring formatting adheres to a prescribed style.
- Assist with the completion of pre-qualification documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and analyze works information, identifying gaps and liaising with clients to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Prepare, price, and issue accurate estimates for various ecological contracting projects, considering factors such as scope, resources, and timelines.
- Complete and submit PQQs and tenders, including all supporting information, to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level, preferably in an Ecology or Landscape-related discipline, with experience in tendering and ecological contracting.
- Experience working in a tiered procurement environment, such as construction, with familiarity with recognized forms of contract.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of information and documents.
- CSCS card and full UK driving license.
