Homicide Caseworker Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Homicide Caseworker to join our team at Victim Support. As a Homicide Caseworker, you will play a vital role in supporting families and individuals affected by murder and manslaughter.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and practical help to clients through the Criminal Justice System
- Work closely with Major Crime Police Units, Senior Investigators, and Family Liaison Officers to ensure seamless support
- Conduct needs assessments and coordinate tailored support packages with commissioned providers and stakeholders
- Travel across South London and neighbouring counties to meet clients in their homes or communities
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims and their families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering services in a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting
- Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full driving license and reliable transport
