Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • A natural problem solver with attention to detail and a passion for learning.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (first line).
  • Experience in cybersecurity practices and knowledge of security protocols.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with third-party companies for IT support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10+, Windows Server Administration, Apple Mac OS, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, printer management, and mobile device management.
  • Ability to work with bespoke software and adapt to new platforms.
  • A full valid driving license and willingness to frequently travel across the UK using your own vehicle (with business insurance cover).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a 'can-do' attitude.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. You will need to be on-call one week every four weeks, including that weekend, with occasional early starts or late finishes for critical tasks.
