Owen Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Manage the sales cycle to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Business Development Manager role.
- Proven track record of selling technical products to aerospace customers.
- Experience drafting bids and tenders.
- Strong service-driven ethic, enthusiastic, and curious.
- Experience working within composites.
