Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our Retail Team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and Retail operations, with excellent relationship management skills and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Retail Directors, Regional, and Country Managers to develop and implement effective People strategies.
  • Work with the Payroll team to support all pay and reward activities.
  • Support complex Employee Relations cases globally utilising external legal support where needed.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong background in Human Resources and Retail operations.

Excellent relationship management skills, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels.

A comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programmes.

Experience within Retail or a multisite brand with an international presence.

Logical analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum, plus benefits including a holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, pension scheme, and more.
