Healthcare Service Manager

As a Senior RGN Home Care Professional with Nurse Seekers Careers, you will oversee the daily operations of our leading home care company in Edinburgh and the Lothian region. Our client provides exceptional care to clients in their own homes, prioritizing their independence and enhancing their lives.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring clinical nursing expertise is available to support existing and new packages. Additionally, you will provide guidance, leadership, and training to the care staff who deliver hands-on care.
The ideal candidate will possess a Nursing Degree (RGN), strong people, communication, and administration skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a service or team of staff are also essential. Registration with the SSSC and a passion for care are mandatory.
A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage applications from experienced RGNs looking to take on a leadership position in home care.
