As a Healthcare Services Director at Nurse Seekers, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards are maintained across our Home Care services. Conducting regular risk assessments and suggesting improvements based on audits is crucial to this position.

Responsibilities include adhering to the SSSC code of practice, providing training support, and contributing to continuous improvements in our services.

The ideal candidate should have experience working within a Home Care environment, hold a SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a Nursing degree, possess supervision/management experience, excellent communication skills, and a full and clean driving licence.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, generous annual leave entitlement, company benefits, negotiable number of hours, and mileage reimbursement.

Our salary estimate for this role is approximately £50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
