We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the launch of a new, high-end cigar brand in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily management of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including cigar enthusiasts and fine wine connoisseurs.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty among clients.

Requirements:

  • Passion and knowledge of cigars and fine wines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
